A CRACKER of a Christmas sale is being hosted by livestock auctioneers, Harrison & Hetherington.
The company are conducting a Christmas Crackers sale of prime ewes and rams at award-winning family run Cannon Hall Farm in the Pennine foothills of Yorkshire on Saturday, November 9.
The on-farm sale showcases 96 prime breeding ewes and rams including two rams to be sold in support of Len’s Light and RABI.
Starting at 3.00pm on the farm, and open to online bidding via Marteye, the Cannon Hall Farm Christmas Crackers sale will offer bidders the chance to snap up a prime selection of quality stock
The sale’s featured Dutch Spotted sheep come from premium bloodlines, including descendants of the 16,000gns Cannonhall Faye sold at Carlisle in 2023 and the 10,000gns Cannonhall Florance sold at Welshpool.
H&H Pedigree Manager and Senior Auctioneer, James Little, said “The quality of the stock makes this a perfect opportunity for breeders and farmers to tap into premium genetics to improve their flocks, and we’re confident our online bidding facility will attract keen attention from buyers from far beyond the farmyard at Cannon Hall. I am also sure that everyone involved will appreciate the support for the charities.”
