Two men have been left with facial injuries after a crash led to a physical altercation, said police.
The incident occurred at around 1:50pm on Sunday, October 27 on the A591 near White Moss in Grasmere.
A black Honda motorcycle was involved in the collision with a Blue Peugeot 207 as both vehicles were travelling northbound on the A591.
Following the collision, both vehicles stopped on Lake View Drive in Grasmere near to Mountain Warehouse where all occupants were involved in a physical altercation, police said.
The rider of the motorcycle, from Carlisle, and the driver of the Peugeot, from Kendal, both suffered facial injuries.
Police are looking for witnesses who were in the area at the time and either have dashcam footage of the collision or witnessed the incident themselves.
