A SPEAKEASY cocktail bar has closed its doors for the final time after operating for the last seven years.
Kendal’s secret bar, The Blind Bus Driver, permanently closed on October 17 (Thursday).
The bar operated a booking only service with a great range of classic and modern cocktails, as well as wines, rare and vintage spirits, champagne and fizz.
Owner Simon Thomas announced the news on Facebook.
He said: “It is with a heavy heart that I write this post. Thank you for your support over the last seven years.
“You can now find me at The Occasional Bartender on Facebook and Instagram.”
