Last week we saw dozens of properties across Cumbria go under the hammer at public auction.
Starting at noon on Thursday October 24, Auction House Cumbria held an event at The Halston Hotel on Warwick Road in Carlisle.
We’ve rounded up all the Kendal properties that were sold successfully…
House number 52 on Hillswood Avenue was sold for £182,000.
This semi-detached bungalow boasts a ‘desirable’ cul-de-sac location close to the town centre, with a range of amenities and schools.
The accommodation includes a porch, sitting room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms.
The property has front and rear gardens, as well as a drive and a detached garage.
However, it requires a ‘full modernisation’.
House number 67 on Windermere Road was sold for £143,000.
This ‘spacious’ mid-terrace property offers a ‘popular’ location close to all amenities in the market town, and with good road links to the M6 Motorway and Lake District National Park.
The ground floor living accommodation includes a full-length lounge, diner and kitchen. With two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor.
Outside, there is a yard with a WC and storage.
It is described as an ideal buy to let investment.
