The M6 has been reopened following an incident on the motorway on Saturday.
The one-vehicle collision was reported to have taken place on the morning of October 12 towards Lowgill.
Cumbria Police confirmed at 10.52am that the motorway was closed between Junction 38 and Junction 37 as a result of the incident.
Emergency services were said to be on the scene to deal with the collision, with the police sharing at 12.13pm that the southbound route had opened once again.
