Churchill Living is hosting two sparkling wine afternoons in Kendal.
The retirement home brand is inviting over 60s to Eddington Lodge for an afternoon of sparkling wine and refreshments on October 18 and 19, between 11am and 3pm.
Visitors to the development will be taken on a tour and given a glimpse of the Churchill Living lifestyle, where apartments can be purchased from £174,950.
Prospective owners will get to meet existing owners, meet the lodge manager, and take the first step on their journey to a new home before Christmas.
Churchill Living is also aiming to help ease winter fuel worries for new customers with a five-year 'winter fuel allowance'.
For any apartment purchased before February 28, 2025, Churchill will pay a winter fuel allowance of £300 annually for the next five years.
Churchill Living is also offering to pay the Stamp Duty for new apartment purchases that are completed by the same date.
Bernadette Hennelly, marketing manager for Churchill Living's central division, said: "We’re thrilled inviting Kendal locals into Eddington Lodge.
"If you act now new owners could move in and be settled in their brand-new apartment before Christmas, and ready to kick off the new year in a new home.
"We are expecting a lot of interest in the event, so please do confirm your attendance with us."
Every Churchill apartment is fully self-contained with their own front doors, providing 'peace and privacy'.
Each apartment comes equipped with fitted kitchen appliances, walk-in wardrobes and tiled bathrooms as standard, and has been designed with 'ease of use' in mind.
Owners will also have access to the 'exclusive' owner’s lounge, complete with a coffee bar and views of landscaped gardens.
There is also a lodge manager on hand, as well as 24-hour call centre support.
