THIEVES have stolen hundreds of pounds worth of kits after breaking into the Kendal Town FC stadium on Parkside Road.
Along with the £500-worth of essential kits stolen, £300-worth of damage has been done to club property during the break-in this week, according to the Mintcakes.
A spokesperson from the club said: "We are investigating the incident and we encourage anyone with information to come forward. These actions hurt not just the club, but also the volunteers, players, and supporters who dedicate their time and effort to keeping Kendal Town running."
The club said it was 'disappointed' by the incident.
The spokesperson promised to provide further updates as they get them.
