Wave Forward's youth hub, The Helm, is preparing for a special Halloween-themed event.

The event is aimed at young people aged 13 to 25 and follows the success of its first three sessions.

Since its inception, The Helm has been a platform for young individuals to lead creative projects, form friendships, and support each other's wellbeing.

The initiative is 'more than just a youth group'; it is a community that fosters self-expression, exploration of new activities, and skill development.

A recent study found that one in five teenagers in the UK are grappling with mental health issues such as anxiety and depression.

The Helm addresses this concern by providing a supportive environment for young people.
