A GUEST house in the Lake District has submitted plans to change into a residential home.
Lynwood Guest House, Windermere, submitted an notice of intention application to the Lake District National Park Authority to change its use into a residential dwellinghouse.
The application for the property, on Broad Street, was registered on September 27.
The guest house has a 4.7 star rating on Google based on 45 reviews. One review from five months ago called it a 'great, budget friendly place to stay' and praised the hosts.
Another, from four months ago, called it a 'lovely place in the heart of Windermere' and also praised the staff.
