IT is a month to go until the 'most sought after' Halloween event in the Lake District takes place.
The Brockhole Halloween Experience takes place from October 26 until November 3. The event has sold out for the last five years, according to to the visitor centre.
Those seeking a 'spook-tacular adventure' can brave the Forest of Fear an 'immersive live scare experience' with the woods filled with frights and delights.
The entrance fee, which starts at £25, offers a full day of activities including a scavenger hunting session, interactive ghost stories, a magic show, zombie archery, Professor Pumpernickel Science Show, spooky pet encounter (lizards, reptiles and snakes), and Brave the Cave.
The Halloween Experience Plus, for £10 extra, gives a one-hour pass to use the Tree Top Nets, which is supplied by Zip World. Brockhole's food and drink outlets will be open, including an outdoor BBQ, fish and chip van and The Gaddum Kitchen.
Children 16 and under must be supervised by a paid wristband holding adult inside shows and activities.
