A DRIVER was pulled over and found to have a controlled drug in his system.
Luke Comber, 28, of Mount Pleasant in Dalton, admitted driving a VW Golf on the A6 slip road at Levens with 3.5ug/L of Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol in his blood, exceeding the specified limit on March 10.
He gave his guilty plea at his hearing in South Cumbria Magistrates court in Barrow on September 23.
He was disqualified from driving for 38 months and fined £479.
