Several acres of land on the edge of Ulverston have recently joined the market.
Two plots of land in the village of Aldingham are going to be sold at auction.
This ‘rare’ opportunity offers the ‘perfect’ location, with coastal views and would be ideal for equestrian use.
Both plots were added to Rightmove on Friday September 20 and are marketed by JH Homes with a combined guide price of £47,500.
The land belonging to Moat House Farm, is being offered in two lots.
The first parcel includes approximately 2.2 acres of land, with hedges on two sides, mains water and direct access to the main road.
The estate agent described the first lot as good amenity land with ‘outstanding’ views over Morecambe Bay.
This ‘super’ paddock is listed as suitable for both equine and other activities.
The second, smaller lot is approximately one acre in size with roadside access and a mains water pipe running through.
The estate agent described it as another ‘great paddock’ with good views over Morecambe Bay and said it would be suitable for a variety of uses.
JH Homes said: “Whilst these parcels of land will be attractive to any horse or pony owner, they also lend themselves to other amenity uses without equine friends.
“Park up your motor home or camper van during the summer months and enjoy special breaks with your family.
“Create an allotment as well as keeping sheep or goats - your very own smallholding in a lovely coastal location with amazing views.”
