A Cumbrian creative agency has won an international award.
The Creative Branch, a design agency based in Staveley, was honoured with the People’s Choice Award for Small Agency of the Year at the Creativepool’s Most Awards in London.
The awards ceremony, now in its 11th year, recognises outstanding achievements in the creative industry.
The event, held at Sinfonia Smith Square in London, celebrated the industry through 49 categories covering all design elements from 3D and artificial intelligence to direct marketing and branding.
The Small Agency of the Year award is open to agencies with fewer than 50 regular employees and recognises those who have demonstrated the highest calibre of creative excellence over the past 18 months.
Catherine Rumney, managing director of The Creative Branch, said: "We’re incredibly fortunate to have collaborated with a variety of local and national partners on exciting new projects and rebrands.
"Receiving the People’s Choice Award is a humbling recognition from our peers, affirming the exceptional quality of work our team consistently delivers and our unwavering commitment to creative excellence."
Each category in the awards ceremony was given two honours: one selected by an expert panel of top-tier creatives and marketers from global brands such as TAG HEUER, Coca-Cola, IMAX, Grey, Media Monks, VML, FCB, and another—the People’s Choice—are determined by Creativepool’s community of industry professionals.
The voting process makes the Creativepool Annual the only award in the creative industry that embraces such a democratic approach, giving peers a direct voice in choosing the winners.
This year, 350 winners were recognised, making it the largest celebration of creative talent in the event's history.
Each winner is showcased in the Creativepool Annual 2024, which offers global exposure and industry acclaim.
The Creative Branch was shortlisted alongside 10 other standout agencies from London, Bristol, New York, and Virginia.
