Barbon Sheep Show and SheepDog Trials had a 'great turnout' this year.

The event was held on Saturday, August 17, at Barbon Manor Park, described as one of the 'smallest and most traditional gatherings.'

The day was filled with various activities including a sheep show, stick show, sheep dog trials, a marquee lunch, and children's craft and sports.

The organisers were pleased with the turnout and the 'great' weather.

There was a 'great turnout' of sheep entries from farmers in the area, judged by Ethan Clark (Roughs), Chris Pye (Mules & Leicester’s), and John Thompson (Lowland and Fat Lambs).
