Cumbria Police has announced the locations of its speed camera vans for today (Sunday, August 25).
The vehicles are deployed to areas where there is an identified risk to safety due to excessive and inappropriate speed.
The force has advised people to drive carefully.
Speaking on its Facebook page, Cumbria police said: "Today our Road Safety Camera vans will be operating on the A689 between Brampton & Nenthead, the A686 between Alston & Penrith, the A65 between Kirkby Lonsdale & Kendal and the A683 between Sedbergh & Kirkby Lonsdale.
"Please drive carefully."
