FIRE crews from Hornby, Lancaster and Bolton-le-Sands were called to a single vehicle road traffic collision near Melling this morning at 7:13 am.
It comes after a vehicle overturned on its side and blocked a carriageway.
The Fire Service remained on scene with Cumbria Police awaiting recovery of the vehicle.
The vehicle has since been recovered and the road to Melling is now fully open.
No persons were injured.
