After recently reopening for the first time in four months, The General Burgoyne in Great Urswick has teamed up with a local pop-up catering company.
The pub will welcome Broughton-based private dining company Knife & Sole Ltd for a Burger Night on Saturday August 24.
Started by husband and wife team Michael Russell and Gabriella Kiss-Russell in 2023, Knife and Sole have established themselves as a popular guest at a number of Cumbrian venues.
They often host themed nights at The Clock Tower in Millom as well as The Commercial at Kirkby-in-Furness.
As well as an upcoming Nando’s Night, they have held an Italian evening, a Tapas feast, Sunday Lunches and a massively popular Christmas Dinner.
As well as starters, sides and desserts, freelance chef Michael, is bringing Burgers to the newly reopened General Burgoyne from 5:30pm to 8:30pm.
