Stories will be brought to life like never before at an upcoming event in south Cumbria.
Hosted by Ford Park in Ulverston, the 'Summer of Stories' will take place on Sunday, August 4 between 10am and 4pm.

This will see 'Stealing Thunder' entertain families with a series of performances in what they call the 'Story Den', a bell tent where the stories will be told.
Alongside this, a 'silent disco' like no other will be held, in which visitors will be able to borrow headsets to listen to a range of audio tales.
These have been provided by the 'A Word in Your Ear' coffee van.
Made a possibility by The National Lottery Community Fund, the day is completely free, with people encouraged to simply turn up when they wanted to make the most of the summer fun.
