Residents are hoping that a night of music and entertainment can put their Cumbrian town on the map.
Orton Market Hall will be hosting the event on Saturday, August 3 from 7.30pm.
This comes in the wake of three shows in Kendal, Appleby and Orton in June which were designed to bring high quality music to rural towns.

With that principle still driving organisers to continue with their work, the upcoming event in Orton will feature performances from Bradley Creswick and Roberto Carillo Garcia.
Following the closure of Westmorland Arts, the organisers have been putting these events together so that music remains available in the region.
The showcase has been funded by Lakeland Sinfonia to further support musical efforts in the Lake District.
