Burneside Amateur Theatrical Society (BATS) is set to light up the Bryce in Burneside with its latest Showstoppers event.
This year's theme is 'Something Old, Something New, Something Borrowed, Something Blue' and showcases songs from works such as Kiss Me Kate, Hadestown, Mama Mia, and The Blues Brothers.
BATS Juniors will also be involved, performing excerpts from Disney's Aladdin and The Wizard of Oz.
Audience members can expect a lively evening, with producer Sue Cook promising a 'spectacular song and dance extravaganza'.
The cast is set to bring disco thrills to the Mama Mia set, and there will also be a chance for some audience participation.
Ms Cook expects the music of Hadestown, with a 'challenging' vocal score, to be less familiar to attendees.
Becca Storey has been working with the cast to coach them around the music.
Based on the Greek legend of Orpheus and Eurydice, this musical by Anaïs Mitchell gives the tale a new spin.
The run starts on July 24 and continues until July 27.
Tickets, priced at £10, can be purchased by visiting www.trybooking.com/uk/DGDC or by reaching out to the box office at 07792 777213.
