The 2024 finalists for the Great British Pub Awards have now been announced.

The prestigious awards are held every year and are considered the crème de la crème among the pub industry.

To be nominated is a rare thing, to win is even rarer.

Judges said they received “an incredible number of entries” - but have whittled them down to the very best across the country.

This year, a popular haunt in Cumbria was nominated among the 'best pubs for food'.
