Local motorbike racers will be congregating in Cumbria once again after an annual event was saved.
Organisers at the Westmorland Motor Club were concerned that the Percy Duff Barbon Hill Climb would not be able to go ahead due to a lack of public involvement.

At the start of the month, the club took to social media to appeal to anyone interested to sign up, otherwise the race would have been cancelled.
Following on from that plea, the event has now managed to reach the number of participants required to hit the start line on Saturday, June 22.
The club said: "Thanks to all those who have entered and encouraged others to enter, we have reached the number to run the event, but don't let that put anyone else off from entering.
"Good weather is predicted so it promises to be a great event."
