CUMBRIA Police are appealing for the public’s help in locating a 45-year-old man, who is wanted on recall back to prison.
Ryan Palmer is described as being around 5ft 7in tall with receding brown hair.
He is known to frequent the Kendal and Liverpool areas.
Anyone who has information on Palmer’s immediate whereabouts is urged to contact police by calling 999.
