A MAN has been arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply after police seized cocaine and cannabis at a south Cumbrian address.
This morning (19 April) Kendal officers executed a warrant at an address on Burland Grove in Kendal under the Misuse of Drugs Act.
Cumbria Police explained that a search of the address revealed a large quantity of suspected cocaine and cannabis, with an estimated value in excess of £75,000.
The force said that cash was also seized during the search.
A man in his 20s has been arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply drugs. He remains in police custody for questioning.
The seizure forms part of Operation Alliance - Cumbria Constabulary’s ongoing response to protect the county against serious and organised crime.
