It’s auction day! Dozens of properties across Cumbria went under the hammer today at 12pm noon.
Auction House Cumbria held their April meet at The Halston Hotel on Warwick Road in Carlisle.
Here is a breakdown of the guide prices and the actual prices these flats, houses and bungalows sold for.
Lot 6 - Flat 15 at Watersedge in Sandside, Milnthorpe
This third floor apartment features views across the Kent Estuary towards the Lakeland Fells.
This property is described as being located in a ‘quiet and picturesque’ location close to amenities and with good access to transport links.
The flat contains three bedrooms, including a master bedroom with an en-suite as well as a private balcony, terrace area to enjoy the stunning surroundings.

From a guide price of £135,000, the property was bartered up to £142, 000 and sold for £7000 more than asking price.
Lot 12 – Mickleden on Hardcragg Way in Grange-Over-Sands
This spacious semi-detached property, enjoys an elevated position and views towards Morecambe Bay.

With a guide price of £140,000, this property sold for £1000 under the asking price, going for £139,000.
Lot 33 - The Penthouse, 2 Seawood Place, Grange-Over-Sands
This two bedroom maisonette with a guide price of £185,000 was withdrawn from sale shortly before the auction went live.
