A TRUE taste of Italy is coming to Kendal as The Moon Pasta & Pizza Bar, founded by acclaimed Neapolitan chefs, opens.
The restaurant on Highgate will be opening its doors on Good Friday.
Its homemade pasta and pizza dishes are expertly crafted by Gaetano Zito and Antonio who are straight from the sunny streets of Napoli in Italy.

Drawing on their rich culinary heritage, the duo is set to introduce customers to the authentic flavours of Italian cuisine.
With a strong focus on locally sourced produce and genuine imported Italian ingredients, The Moon promises a dining experience for food enthusiasts of all ages.
"We are thrilled to bring the taste of our beloved Napoli to the vibrant community of Kendal and the Lake District" said Gaetano Zito, co-founder and head chef of The Moon.
"Our goal is to create a warm and welcoming environment where guests can indulge in the true essence of Italian cooking - fresh, flavourful, and made with love, and we will truly live by our ethos 'Il cibo il nostra amore' translated 'Food is our love' and ensure we produce the best Italian pasta dishes and pizza around."
The Moon Pasta & Pizza Bar will be open seven days a week, offering a menu to cater to every palate.
Guests will also be able to savour the tradition of Italian Sunday lunch, featuring an array of classic dishes served with a modern twist.
As part of a commitment to providing exceptional value, The Moon will launch an Express Lunch offer, from midday to 2pm, Mon - Fri, where guests can enjoy selected Pasta & Pizza dishes along with a drink for just £9.99.
