A popular bus service for tourists returned to the Lake District this week.
The Cross Lakes 525 shuttle bus disembarked for the first time this year on Monday, March 18 and will run until Sunday, November 3.
Working in partnership with National Trust Lake District, the service will connect Ferry House in Windermere to Hawkshead throughout the summer season for just £2 per fare.

The team behind the service said: "At Mountain Goat, we are very proud of working with our partners to provide sustainable transport in the Lake District.
