The Feast of Fiddles will embark on their Spring Tour 2024, with 18 shows lined up across England to mark their 30th year since forming in Nettlebed.
The veteran folk-rockers have enjoyed a career featuring 28 spring tours, 26 festivals, and seven CDs to their name from what started out as a one-off special concert on Valentine’s Day 1994.
This year's festival will perform at Brewery Arts, Kendal on April 11, and at Victoria Hall, Settle on April 14, with tickets priced at £25 and £24.50 respectively.
The Spring Tour may feature appearances from past special guest members.
The band's line-up includes Garry Blakeley from Band of Two, Ian Cutler of Bully Wee, Marion Fleetwood from Trad Arr and Sandy Denny Project, Peter Knight of Gigspanner and Steeleye Span, Tom Leary of Joe Brown, and Brian McNeill from Battlefield Band.
They bring diverse fiddling styles to the rock back-line, all united by the legendary drummer Dave Mattacks.
The current expected line up, subject to changes, comprises Blakeley, Crabtree, Cutler, Fleetwood, Harding, Leary, Mattacks, McNeill, Swarbrick, and Vincent.
