THE Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for 'heavy rain' in Cumbria, north Lancashire and parts of Yorkshire.
The weather warning for rain tomorrow (Morning) extends north to Workington, down to Millom, east to Hawes and south all the way down past Preston and Bradford.
It is set to be in place until Tuesday, January 30, with the Met Office saying that the heavy rain may lead to some flooding and impacts on travel.
When a yellow weather warning for rain is issued, it means that flooding of a few homes and businesses is 'possible'. Spray and flooding on roads can make journey times longer and bus and train services could be delayed.
The weather warning will be in place from 12pm tomorrow to 5am on Tuesday.
