A WOMAN from Somerset admitted to driving in Kendal while nearly three times the legal limit.
Anika Levesconte (40), of Church Lane in Hutton, Weston-super-Mare, admitted to driving an Audi Q8 in Kendal on December 30 2023 with 101 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 micrograms.
She pleaded guilty to South Cumbria Magistrates in Barrow at her first hearing on January 18.
She must complete an alcohol treatment course over six months, and 150 hours of unpaid work. She received a 52-month ban from driving.
Levesconte has to pay £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service, and a surcharge of £114.
