The Lakes School has reopened its sixth form area after a period of 'incredible' renovation.
The school in Troutbeck Bridge held a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Friday to announce the grand reopening, with the honours going to the Head Boy.
A spokesperson for the school said: "A huge shoutout [goes] to our amazing students for their patience and understanding throughout the entire process.
"[Their] cooperation has made this transformation possible, and we can't wait for them to experience the fantastic changes first hand."
The school added that the upgraded Sixth Form area will now provide 'an even more inspiring environment' for its students.
