A hotel in Kendal has been named as the best in Cumbria this year at an independent awards.
Castle Green Hotel in Kendal was given the Top Rated Wedding Venue in Cumbria 2023 award by WeddingDates.
A spokesperson for the hotel said: "As this award is based on reviews from happy couples who have tied the knot at our venue, we are incredibly honoured to be a recipient.
"A big thank you to all the lovely couples who have trusted us to deliver on their special day."
The hotel, which can be found on Castle Green Lane, was recognised by WeddingDates, a business which connects couples hoping to tie the knot with their dream venue across the UK.
