THE snow has covered south Cumbria and people are making the most of the wintery weather with stunning snow photos.
Today, December 2, people woke up to a blanket of snow covering their gardens and streets.

As snow showers continue to move in from the Irish Sea today, a yellow warning for snow and ice is currently in place for most of Cumbria and is set to remain so for the rest of today.
The Met Office has also issued an amber weather warning for snow covering large sections of south and west Cumbria, which is in place until midnight.
Temperatures could fall as low as minus three degrees tomorrow in Barrow and Kendal tomorrow.
Met Office Chief Meteorologist Jason Kelly said: "Snow could be heavy at times across Cumbria with the odd rumble of thunder. 10-15 cm of snow is possible before showers begin to ease overnight."
Severe traffic delays have been reported across the region due to the snow on the A590, A591 and A595.
Other roads are currently impassible including the road on A5092 both ways between Whicham and Greenodd.
Several accidents were also reported this morning in Barrow, Dalton and Millom.
Westmorland and Furness has warned people about the snowy conditions in parts of the county.
A spokesperson for the council said: "We are seeing significant snowfalls in parts of Westmorland and Furness at present, with some areas of the southern Lakes and Furness peninsula particularly affected. Kirkstone Pass is now closed to vehicles on both sides of the pass.
"All our frontline gritters and snowploughs are currently out on the road network and have been working through the night treating priority routes and clearing snow, but there are some hazardous conditions out there, particularly on untreated surfaces."
Cumbria Police also advises drivers to travel only if necessary due to snow.
