AN ULVERSTON teenager pleaded guilty and was found guilty of nine charges, including assault and criminal damage to a vehicle.
The teenager, who cannot be named due to their age, attended South Cumbria Magistrates' Court in Barrow on December 1 charged with nine offences.
They pleaded guilty and were found guilty of:
- Assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
- Common assault/battery.
- Criminal damage to motor vehicle.
- Criminal damage.
- Threat to commit criminal damage.
- Taking a motor vehicle without consent.
- Driving otherwise than in accordance with a license.
- Driving without insurance.
- A section 4A Public order offence.
According to Cumbria Police, the youth was sentenced to a 12 month referral order and ordered to pay £190 in victim compensation.
A police spokesperson said: "We would like to thank the public for their assistance and patience in these multiple investigations."
