A road near Bowness on Windermere will be closed for three days next week whilst works are completed.
A section of the C0529 will be shut around the Ghyll Head Reservoir between its junctions with the A592 and Birks Road.
The closure will take place from November 28 and is expected to finish by November 30.
An alternative route will be made via the A592 and U5251 Birks Road.
A way for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times.
