CUMBRIA Police have alerted motorists to a road traffic collision which may affect journey times.
There is currently one lane closed and slow moving traffic from J37 A684 (Kendal) to J36 A590 (Kirkby Lonsdale) just after Killington Lake services.
There is also slow moving traffic on the A65 near Crooklands due to an accident in both directions from Millness Lane to the A65 Crooklands Roundabout.
Police have advised members of the public to take care on the county’s roads and allow extra time due to difficult conditions caused by the aftermath of Storm Debi.
