A café in the Lake District has organised a new running challenge for thrill-seekers in the area.
The 'Wansfell Dash' has been organised by Gavin Dale, manager of Force Café in Ambleside, which opened in the summer on Stock Ghyll lane.
The challenge invites people to start from the café and then make their way up Wansfell Pike, before coming back again in the quickest time possible.
Every three months, a name will be drawn at random from the competitors, with that person receiving free coffee and cake for two.
After 12 months, the fastest man and woman will be given a trophy each, along with a free lunch for two at the café.
