A group specialising in providing dementia and domiciliary care have won a regional business award.
The Lancaster and Morecambe branch of Westmorland Homecare were celebrated at the Love Lancaster Business Awards on Thursday night.
The team were announced as the winners of Professional Services Award for their dedication to providing care for people in their local community.
Daniel Stainer, registered manager for the branch, said: "Winning the Professional Services Award is not just an achievement; it's a testament to the unwavering commitment to delivering unparalleled quality and innovation to our amazing clients.
"It’s fantastic for a care provider to be truly recognised as a professional service!"
Over 1,500 organisations were nominated for the awards, with the finalists being treated to a lavish ceremony at Ashton Hall.
"Empowering excellence, our team has yet again risen to the occasion, turning dedication into distinction," Mr Stainer added.
The homecare service is largely based in the South Lakes region, with hubs set up in Kendal, Windermere, Ambleside, Grasmere, Grange-over-Sands, Cartmel and Milnthorpe.
A spokesperson from Love Lancaster BID said: "We wanted to say a massive well done to all our winners and finalists, and a big thank you to everybody who attended and worked on the awards for making it a fabulous evening!"

Manager of the year: Aimee Rostern-Fraser.
Multiple retailer of the year: Waterstones Lancaster Cornmarket.
Professional services of the year: Westmorland Homecare - Lancaster & Morecambe.
Lancaster Superhero of the year: Louise Williams.
Independent retailer of the year: Gregory Williams Butchers.
Pub/bar of the year: Runner Duck Wine Room.
Restaurant of the year: Now or Never by Journey Social Espresso Bar.
Takeaway of the year: Aquila Wood Fired Neapolitan Pizza.
Visitor attraction of the year: Lancaster Music Festival.
Young person of the year: Ciara from The Performance Studios.
Ambassador of the year: Tim Tomlinson.
