The town of Sedbergh will be open for longer as a late night shopping event arrives in December.
The aim is to boost the revenue for local businesses, alongside providing visitors with festive entertainment.
The event will take place on Wednesday, December 6, from 5pm until 8pm.
A spokesperson from Visit Sedbergh said: "Events such as Late Night Opening would not be possible without the support of local businesses."
Visitors will get the chance to listen to performances from Drum Nation, the town band and a carol service, as well as visiting Santa's grotto.
Shops and pubs will stay open, with market stalls and street food sure to transform Sedbergh into a Winter Wonderland.
