A new walking football club is starting up in Kendal, with the first session taking place later in November.
Hosted by Queen Katherine School and organised by the Westmorland County FA, the new group will run monthly for people aged over 55.
At a price of £3 per session, the first club will be run on Tuesday, November 14, from 7:30pm to 8:30pm in the school's sports hall.
The aim is to give people the chance to stay active as they reach an older age, opening up the game they love at a pace they can handle.
