Group activities for people with respiratory conditions are coming to Windermere (Image: Bing)
A new group has been set up in Windermere for people living with respiratory conditions.
The Breathe Easy Group establishes a relaxed and friendly environment for anyone with breathing difficulties, providing them with activities to complete.
The work is being done in partnership with Grange & Lakes NHS ICC, with the first session taking place on November 9 at the Marchesi Centre between 2:00pm and 4:00pm.
The group will then meet on the second Thursday of every month, with sessions involving a guest speaker, mindful movement activities and seated games.
Similar groups have already been set up in Kendal, Grange and Kirkby Lonsdale.
