TWO performances of the Joan Littlewood play 'Oh! What A Lovely War' will be put on at The Coronation theatre in Ulverston.
Blackeyed Theatre presents the musical which satirises the decisions made by generals in the First World War.
The billing states: "Wildly satirical, visually stunning and deeply moving, Oh! What a Lovely War is a theatrical experience like no other; a fusion of live music, movement, songs and sketches bringing to life the folly, farce and tragedy of the First World War."
The performances are on November 16 and 17, both at 7.30pm. Standard tickets are £25 and under-18s are £20.
Blackeyed Theatre Company is touring the UK and put on 'Oh! What A Lovely War' to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the musical.
The running time is approximately 140 minutes, including an interval.
