Waterhouse Estate Agents is in the running for the top three estate agency awards of the year.
The local firm previously clinched the 'New Agency of the Year' honour at the Negotiator Awards during its rookie year.
And now, the Milnthorpe-based estate agent finds itself shortlisted in the Negotiator Award's 'Regional Agency of the Year: North East & North West' and 'Estate Agency of the Year (Small)' categories.
In tandem with this, the establishment has been nominated for 'Best Sales in the North West' at the ESTAS, after bagging the 'Best in County' last year.
The ESTAS Awards hinge on customer reviews rather than judges' decisions or submission forms.
The effectiveness of businesses in customer service is a major focus, with awards powered by verified customer reviews on the ESTAS reviews platform.
The ESTAS Awards highlight the best agents, property lawyers, mortgage brokers and suppliers.
Waterhouse Estate Agents have also been awarded an 'Excellent' rating for Sales and Lettings in the Best Estate Agent Guide (BEAG) Awards.
In the BEAG Awards, every agent in the country is assessed against the same performance criteria.
The winners of the Negotiator awards are to be announced at a gala dinner on November 24 at Grosvenor House, London.
Sponsoring the award is Zero Deposit.
Zero Deposit CEO Sam Reynolds said, "We're delighted to be the headline sponsor of the awards. The Negotiator Awards has always been a major landmark in the property industry calendar and one that we're proud to support. Most importantly, it's a chance to celebrate the best of our industry and recognise their outstanding achievements in 2023."
Winners of the ESTAS Awards will be announced on Friday, October 20, with the event also held at Grosvenor House.
