A law firm based in Kendal is set to host an evening of live music for charity, featuring its very own band.
John Osborne, a partner at Harrison Drury, has formed a band with local musicians to play a set of classic rock and indie cover songs on October 13.
The money raised from the event will be going to the Bendrigg Trust, a charity based at Old Hutton.
Mr Osborne said: "We have been supporting Bendrigg all year with fundraising activities and also some volunteering.
"The music event will be a great way for people to enjoy themselves, have a dance and raise money for this fantastic cause."
The trust provides highly-specialised facilities to enable both disabled and able-bodied people to take part in outdoor activities, including climbing and use of zip-wires.
Residential facilities are also provided on site for longer stays, allowing people to appreciate the outside world even more.
"They are an amazing charity, providing life-changing opportunities for people who may not normally be able to take part in these sorts of activities," Mr Osborne added.
The “Busking For Bendrigg” night will take place at The Venue, Castle Mills in Kendal and will feature songs from Oasis, The Beatles, Elton John, Sam Fender and many more.
A raffle will also be conducted on the night to raise even more money for the charity.
Tickets for the show are £10 in advance, with a limited number available on the door, and these can be bought from Try Booking.
