A 'highly rated' cafe in Kirkby Lonsdale has gone on sale after the owners announced they wanted to relocate.
Number 44, situated at the heart of the town on Main Street, has been operating under its current guise since 2015.
The asking price at the moment is £140,000 with last year's annual turnover listed at over £240,000, said business advisors Hilton Smythe.
The business has built up an excellent reputation with the local community, and has garnered a sizable repeat client base, according to its listing.
With a five-star hygiene rating and a full assortment of equipment provided, a prospective turnover of £500,000 has been suggested.
This would involve making improvements to the cafe with potential ideas ranging from creating an evening bistro menu or setting up outside catering, said the listing.
