Grasmere Village Hall is set to host a public event that will put Cumbrian community groups and councillors in one place.
The Autumn 'Community drop-in' will be taking place on Saturday, October 7, from 10:30am until 12:30pm.
The event is following on from the success of their Spring offering, which invited the public to meet an array of groups working in the area.
A spokesperson said: "This is a fantastic opportunity to meet people and find out more about local community groups.
"Please come along and find out more, see how you can help, have a chat about any concerns you may have, or tell us how we can improve our community."
Westmorland and Furness councillors Dyan Jones, Andrew Jarvis and Will Clark are set to attend alongside Lake Parish councillors Sharon Savasi, Charlene Iredale and Andy Astle.
Some of the groups involved include Cumbria Police and Grasmere Red Squirrels.
