A PUNK-FUNK band with nearly 200,000 monthly listeners on Spotify have added a new date at a Cumbrian venue as part of their UK tour.
‘Squid’, who recently wowed thousands of fans at the Green Man Festival in Wales and at Rock Werchter Festival in Belgium, will perform at the Gan Yam Brewery on the Shap Road Industrial Estate in Kendal on October 20.
This will be the smallest and most intimate gig of their UK and European tour for the band that was founded in Brighton.
Chris Talbot, co-founder of the Gam Yan Brewery, said: “Their live show is one of the most captivating and incendiary performances you’re likely to witness in a long time, so do not miss out on this.”
Also joining the show is Blue Bendy – a post-punk pop band from South London who have been turning heads since the release of their critically acclaimed EP Motorbike.
Tickets are priced at £23.75 p/p and can be purchased at https://ganyambrew.co.uk/ or by searching ‘Gan Yam’ at https://www.trybooking.com/uk/.
Doors open at 7pm.
