A man was bitten by a dog with the search for witnesses still ongoing.
The attack happened at Stool End Farm at Great Langdale at around 10am on August 13 and involved a brown collie-type dog.
The police are appealing for anyone with information about the incident to come forward to help their investigation.
The man, in his 40s and from the Norfolk area, required hospital treatment following the altercation.
They are interested in speaking with a woman and two men who were passing through the farm around the time.
