A band from the Scottish Highlands will be performing in Kendal at the end of the month.
Mixing traditional Highland sounds with contemporary music, Skipinnish are set to perform at Kendal Brewery Arts on Friday, September 29.
The band was formed in 1999 by Andrew Stevenson and Angus MacPhail while they were studying at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama in Glasgow.
Jill Lerner, a promoter, said: "The last two years before Covid hit were the biggest for the band since they began.
"Recent years have seen the band hit the very top of the music scene in Scotland and they represent the very best of contemporary Celtic music."
Tickets cost £28 with doors opening at 7:30pm. The box office can be contacted at 01539 725133 for further information.
