Kendal college bosses said they were 'super proud' of its A-Level, professional and technical students on results day.
The further education college provides a range of training and education programmes for adults aged 19 and over.
As well as A-Levels, qualifications include UAL Arts Diplomas, BTECs & NVQs and Level 1 to Level 3 qualifications, with many of the latter being the equivalent to three A-Levels.
The establishment's largest subject areas are health and social care, science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM); hospitality and catering, creative and performing arts and construction.
Many students will now go on to study at university or straight into full-time work in their chosen profession.
Kendal College has named four students with excellents results who are now ready to take the next steps towards their career.
A college spokesperson said: "Ellie Middleton is going to study Medicine at Edge Hill University and Jessica Lewis is going to Manchester University to study Optometry.
"Owen Shaw Giles is one of many of our Level 3 students who has gained a place at his first choice university.
"Beren Atkinson is going on to Newcastle University to study Microbiology and Jay Sowerby also achieved great results and is progressing into full-time work."
